    太阳能热水工程排气孔漏水原因分析

    在储水箱的顶端安装的是上排气管,上排气管一般由排气帽、防尘圈和密封圈组成,在太阳能热水工程安装使用半年左右时间后,防尘圈会出现老化现象。这样,当储水箱里面的水蒸气从水箱中排出时,遇到外边的冷空气就会变成水珠,顺排气管下流通过防尘圈进入水箱保温层,同样,在下雨天,雨水也会顺着防尘圈进入保温层。当保温层内的聚氨酯发泡材料吸水达到饱和时,就会在水箱下端的某个缝隙出现漏水现象。济南太阳能配件给我们总结了一下,出现这种情况的一般原因有:
    The upper exhaust pipe is installed at the top of the water storage tank. The upper exhaust pipe is generally composed of exhaust cap, dust ring and sealing ring. In this way, when the water vapor in the water storage tank is discharged from the water tank, encountering the cold air outside will become water droplets, and flow down the exhaust pipe through the dust-proof ring into the water tank insulation layer. Similarly, in rainy days, rainwater will also follow the dust-proof ring into the insulation layer. When the water absorption of polyurethane foam material in the insulation layer reaches saturation, water leakage will occur in a gap at the bottom of the water tank.     1、因自来水水压过大,上水过程中水会溅起,从而导致水箱内的水还未满就从排气孔处流出。

    解决方法:调整自来水压标准水压。
    Solution: Adjust tap water pressure to standard water pressure.
    2、回水管路过长或不畅通,导致水满后水不能及时的从回水管路中流出,实际水箱的水已满,继续上水就会从其它排气孔处流出。

    解决方法:该问题属自然规律,使用回水管无法排除该问题,安装仪表可解决该问题。

    3、上水阀门或电磁阀未关紧,导致始终慢上水,水满后就会从排气孔处流出。

    解决方法:关紧上水阀门或对故障部件进行维修。

    4、水温过高产生的水蒸气,该情况属正常现象。

    另外,储水箱在冬季严寒时也会因保温层内的聚氨酯发泡材料浸水结冰而出现储水箱胀箱、外侧盖脱落等现象。这种储水箱漏水现象为隐秘,一般不易被人发现和重视。造成该现象的主要原因是上排气管与储水箱外壳密封处的防尘圈使用寿命太短。
